Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Supperpot iPhone app. By using the app you accept them. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies; where the two differ, Apple's agreement wins.
What Supperpot is
Supperpot suggests recipes, writes new ones with an AI model, and guides you through cooking them. It is a cooking aid, not professional advice.
Cook safely. Recipes include cooking times and safe internal temperatures, but ovens, pans and ingredients differ. Use your own judgement, a thermometer for meat, and normal kitchen care. Supperpot does not know about your allergies or medical needs: always read the ingredients yourself before cooking or serving. Recipes written by the AI model are generated automatically and are not reviewed by a person before you see them.
Free trial and Supperpot Plus
- The 100-recipe library, cook mode, the weekly plan and the grocery list are free, with no time limit.
- New AI-written recipes and photo scanning are free for three days from first launch, two a day.
- After that, Supperpot Plus gives you five AI recipes a day for $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year. Prices are in US dollars and may differ in other currencies.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone Settings, under your Apple ID, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- The daily allowance exists to keep the cost of the AI model sustainable. We may change the number with notice in the app; if we lower it, you may cancel and ask Apple for a refund.
Fair use
Please don't try to work around the daily allowance, automate requests, resell what the app generates as your own service, or use the app to produce anything unlawful or harmful. We may block a device that does.
The recipes
The 100 recipes in the library and their illustrations belong to us; you may cook them, print them and share them with friends, but not republish the collection or sell it. Recipes the app writes for you are yours to use however you like.
No account, your data
Supperpot has no accounts. What the app stores stays on your phone. What leaves it is described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability
We try to keep the app and the recipe service working, but we cannot promise they are always available or error-free. The AI service can be slow or unavailable; when it is, the app falls back to the built-in library so you can still cook.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Supperpot is provided as it is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version always sits at this address with its date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
