Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Supperpot iPhone app. By using the app you accept them. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies; where the two differ, Apple's agreement wins.
What Supperpot is
Supperpot suggests recipes, writes new ones with an AI model, and guides you through cooking them. It is a cooking aid, not professional advice.
Cook safely. Recipes include cooking times and safe internal temperatures, but ovens, pans and ingredients differ. Use your own judgement, a thermometer for meat, and normal kitchen care. Supperpot does not know about your allergies or medical needs: always read the ingredients yourself before cooking or serving. Recipes written by the AI model are generated automatically and are not reviewed by a person before you see them.
The subscription
- Supperpot is a subscription. Before you subscribe, the app asks a few questions and writes one recipe for you so you can see what you get; the full recipe and the rest of the app open when you subscribe.
- Plans: $3.99 per week, $7.99 per month or $29.99 per year. There is no free trial. Prices are in US dollars and may differ in other currencies; the exact price is shown in the app before you buy.
- If you close the paywall once, the app may offer the yearly plan at a one-time introductory price (shown in the app). That plan renews at the price shown on its own screen.
- Subscribers can write up to five AI recipes a day; the 100-recipe library, cook mode, the weekly plan and the grocery list have no daily limit.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone Settings, under your Apple ID, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- The daily allowance exists to keep the cost of the AI model sustainable. We may change the number with notice in the app; if we lower it, you may cancel and ask Apple for a refund.
- An account is required to subscribe, so your subscription and your recipe can follow you to a new phone. Sign in with Apple, Google or an emailed code; see the Privacy Policy for what we keep.
Fair use
Please don't try to work around the daily allowance, automate requests, resell what the app generates as your own service, or use the app to produce anything unlawful or harmful. We may block a device that does.
The recipes
The 100 recipes in the library and their illustrations belong to us; you may cook them, print them and share them with friends, but not republish the collection or sell it. Recipes the app writes for you are yours to use however you like.
Your account
An account is needed to subscribe. You can look at the app, answer the questions and have your first recipe written before you sign in.
When you sign in, with Apple, with Google or with an emailed code, we hold your email address, an account identifier, your set-up answers and your first recipe, and nothing else. The point of it is that your subscription, your daily recipe count and your recipe follow you to a new phone. Keep your Apple or Google account secure: anyone who can sign in there can reach your Supperpot account. Tell us if you think someone else has.
You may sign out on the phone at any time, or ask us to delete the account entirely by emailing hello@supperpot.com. We may close an account that is used to break these terms.
What the app stores stays on your phone. What leaves it is described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability
We try to keep the app and the recipe service working, but we cannot promise they are always available or error-free. The AI service can be slow or unavailable; when it is, the app falls back to the built-in library so you can still cook.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Supperpot is provided as it is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version always sits at this address with its date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.

Who you are dealing with
Supperpot is made and run by Mário Otruba, a sole trader based in Slovakia. Contact: hello@supperpot.com. There is no company behind this and no support department — your email comes to one person.
How old you have to be
You must be at least 13 to use Supperpot. The app asks what year you were born before you can sign in. If you are under 13 you may not use it, and if I find out an account belongs to someone under 13 I will delete it.
What we promise, and what we don't
I will try to keep Supperpot working and the recipes decent. What I cannot promise is that it will never be down, never make a mistake, or suit every kitchen. The app is provided as it is.
Recipes are written by an AI model and are labelled in the app where that is the case. Nobody checks them before you see them. They are not professional advice, dietary advice or medical advice. You know your own allergies, your own oven and your own ingredients; please use that knowledge, and a thermometer for meat.
To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and my total liability to you is limited to what you have paid for Supperpot in the twelve months before the problem arose. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer that cannot be taken away — including, where it applies, your statutory guarantee that a digital service matches what was described. If a court finds part of this section unenforceable, the rest still stands.
Ending it
You can stop using Supperpot whenever you like: delete your account in Settings, cancel the subscription in your iPhone settings, delete the app. I may suspend or end access for someone who breaks the fair use rules above, and I will say why unless there is a legal reason not to.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. That does not remove the consumer protections of the country you live in: if your own law gives you a stronger right, you keep it, and you can bring a claim in your own country's courts.
There is no arbitration clause and no class-action waiver here. If we fall out, email me first — it is one person and most things can be sorted that way.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version appears at this address with a new date. If a change affects what you pay or what you get, I will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
