Writing about a recipe that went wrong? Tell us the recipe name and the step number, and what happened. That is enough for us to find and fix it.
How do I cancel Supperpot Plus?
On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, then Supperpot, then Cancel Subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Plus until the period you paid for ends. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
I paid but the app still says I'm on the trial
Open the paywall and tap Restore purchases. If that doesn't work, make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID you bought with, then email us.
Can I get a refund?
Apple handles all refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find Supperpot and request a refund.
The photo scan didn't see my food
Take the picture straight on, in decent light, with the items spread out rather than stacked. Packaging helps. Whatever it finds lands in the text box, so you can correct the list by hand before making the recipe.
A recipe used something I don't have
Under the text box, tick only the basics you really keep in the cupboard. The recipe is then built from your list plus those ticked basics and water, and nothing else.
Why don't I see slow cooker recipes?
Because you didn't tick a slow cooker in your kitchen. Open Settings inside the app and add or remove cookware any time; suggestions follow immediately.
I've run out of recipes for today
The trial gives two AI recipes a day for three days, and Supperpot Plus gives five a day. The allowance resets at midnight UTC. The 100-recipe library, cook mode and the planner never run out and work offline.
How do I delete my data?
In the app open Settings and tap Clear all my data. That erases everything Supperpot has stored on your phone. There is no account to delete. See the Privacy Policy for what the server keeps and how to have it removed.
